We are proud to release our updated web portal for 2014. As with 2013, your continued support means a lot to us and we hope to expand our web service offerings to everyone including our partners, resellers and service customers.
Being Phase 2 of our rollout, we will be introducing new features throughout the year to help support our internal service department as well as our customer base. We look forward to 2014, where we hope to further expand our offerings in the service industry.
CentreCom Elsternwick has always strived to deliver customer service as its #1 priorty. As part of that we have begun implimenting an internal system to ensure the accurate and speedy processing of our computer repairs and warranties. For years we have designed and developed our system to ensure accurate information, but never have we offered tracking to customers in the depth that we offer today.
Phase 1 of this rollout will offer a more formal and accurate tracking of all repairs processed here in Elsternwick, as well as introducing our new Reseller system embedded here online. If you have signed up as a reseller, expect to receive a username/password via email in the coming weeks! The next phase (ETA TBA) will introduce an online warranty database allowing you to view warranty details and updates. We have more plans in the works and hope to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the entire process.
We are also proud to release our updated FAQ section and brand new How To section. These pages will help with common issues and act as a DIY HUB for the more basic and common inquiries we get.
